This Week’s Best-Dressed Local Stars: Feb 20-27
The most stylish celeb OOTDs of the week.

This week, Joanne Peh, Rui En, Cheryl Wee (and her fam!) were head over heels for prints and bold hues. Meanwhile, Fann Wong and JJ Lin led the way for cool and glamorous #OOTDs.

Joanne Peh
Wear two dresses at one go? Why not. For the recent Mind Jumper press con, Joanne layered a sheer Fendi blue frock over a striking orange dress for a fun and fabulous look.

Rebecca Lim
The bold red colour and club signature patch on Becks’ Louis Vuitton dress make for an especially huat outfit to wear for playing erm, card games during CNY. The only thing cuter than her ox-picious outfit? Her oh-so-adorable furry friend, of course.

JJ Lin
Dressed in a black tailcoat for the recent A Night Of Disney+ showcase, JJ looked much like Tuxedo Mask from Sailormoon — in a good way. All that’s missing are a top hat and eye mask to complete the look.

Carla Dunareanu
Is Carla wearing a nightgown? All this dusty pink satin dress needs is some sparkly earrings and bracelets to take it from bed time to night-out-on-the-town.

Rui En
An oxcellent choice of outfit for CNY is of course anything that promises good luck, like this quirky fortune cat print shirt. Looking cute, Rui En!

Sonia Chew
Sporting a new hairstyle, Sonia looked fresh yet serious in this brown checked co-ord. The chunky Chanel necklace completed her outfit, elevating it to high fashion status.

Cheryl Wee, Roy Fong, and their kids Marc and Emma
How cute are the Fongs? Cheryl and her loved ones were decked in flashy Dolce & Gabbana getups, featuring the label’s signature OTT prints and colours.

Suthasini Rajenderan
Vasantham Star winner Suthasini's glitzy and glamorous look (she styled herself!) is practically made for the Kirakira+ app. She piled on the drama with sparkly stilettos and a pink sequin jumpsuit featuring a draped sash.

Zoe Tay
As we approached the end of CNY, Zoe took the chance the chance to max out the mileage of their red outfits. Her red jumpsuit with frilly collar is a timeless piece worth investing in. Go tone-on-tone with red stilettos or follow her footsteps by reaching for black boot heels to look party ready.

Herman Keh
Star Search 2019 runner-up Herman stood out at the recent Mind Jumper press conference in an oppa-worthy get-up of checked suit and turtleneck top.

Sheila Sim
We’re loving stylish mum Sheila’s errand getup this week, which was part playful (check out her watermelon print socks!) and part minimalist. The model-actress topped it off with a chunky gold tone necklace, adding a hint of glam to her ensemble.

Mei Xin
Attending a wedding means there’s finally a good reason to dress up. Mei Xin had the dress code down pat, turning up at her friend’s banquet in a colourful halter neck printed dress with a high slit for extra oomph.

Fann Wong
Also going sheer is Fann who looked goddess-like in a flowy printed shirtdress from Fendi. Her Gentle Monster oversized shades completed the look.

Michelle Wong
Wish to live a more sustainable lifestyle in 2021? You’ll want to consider this style trick. Pair a strappy dress with a long sleeve top, like what Michelle did above to create a brand new look without shopping for new clothes.

Tong Bing Yu
Tonal dressing, when done right, can look super stylish. Bing Yu matched her bold red frock with a maroon tweed bag, playing with textures and different shades or red to create this visually appealing CNY outfit.

James Seah
In case you missed the memo guys, slouchy fit is all the rage right now. James’ maroon suit from local label The Authority features an oversized and unstructured blazer, giving major ‘80s vibes.

Kelly Poon
Think a T-shirt and jeans combo is boring? Think again. Kelly styled the classic pairing with a bold pink tweed jacket and embellished leather boots for bonus style points. Love how the bright colour also made her look “pop”.

Ayden Sng
It was a denim kind of day for Ayden who looked street style-ready in a denim jacket, logo tee and skinny jeans. For guys who aren’t used to wearing fitted jeans, go for straight leg designs to balance the proportions out.

Ferlyn Wong
In our opinion, emerald green is one of the best colours to look both grown up and glamorous. To incorporate it into workwear, simply go for a blouse and jeans combo, like how Ferlyn styled her outfit above, and consider it sorted.

Rachel Wan
Almost blending in with the background there, Rachel! Dressed in a green and white printed tie-front top and high waist skirt, the Kin star looked as youthful as the students at her alma mater, LASALLE.
