While I’m a "water bottle girlie" now and try to drink about one litre of water daily, I didn't used to.

There was a time when I could easily go an entire day without drinking a single drop. It just wasn't a priority.

As a fashion and lifestyle content creator, my days are really packed. When I work on my content, I handle everything from styling, directing and scriptwriting to filming and editing the videos that I post on TikTok and Instagram.

But what I'm most excited about is my very first acting role in I Believe I Can Fly, a Channel 8 production also set to premiere in February.

Hosting requires quick thinking and the ability to stay engaging on the spot, while acting involves memorising long scripts — something I'm still getting the hang of and am not fully confident in yet. These projects are different from what I'm used to, but they all require me to speak and perform at full energy for long hours, sometimes under the heat of studio lights or the sun.

Drinking plenty of water really helps me avoid feeling sluggish, stay alert, and keep my productivity up.
