Giveaway: Cute & Punny Pins From Ikea To Celebrate 40 Years In Singapore
Our favourite: "5 more mins, Malm!" featuring the iconic Malm bed.
Can you believe? Ikea has been in Singapore for a whole 40 years. Yes, that means it's been four decades since the Billy bookcase and the Poang armchair, along with other Ikea classics, have been jazzing up Singapore living spaces, from Bukit Timah mansions to NTU dorm rooms. To celebrate this milestone, the Swedish furniture giant is planning a huge birthday bash over four days (May 10-13), and one of the celebratory initiatives is a set of 18 limited edition pins featuring iconic Ikea products such as the Malm bed, the Billy bookcase, the Lack table, the Ikea pencil (stolen by all and sundry) and the famed Swedish meatballs. The enamel pins will be given out in sets of three to customers who make same-day in-store purchases of at least $100 in a single receipt. And 'cos we at 8 DAYS love a good pun, and appreciate how these pins have captured the spirit of how Singaporeans love and interact with Ikea, we are giving away the 18 quirky and cleverly punny pins (in random sets of three) to 6 winners. Simply fill in the contest form below to win. Good luck!
