In yet another sign that K-pop is taking over the world (see BTS sweeping trophies in August's MTV Video Music Awards and the new Netflix Blackpink documentary), Blackpink's Lisa has just been announced as cosmetics brand M.A.C's latest Global Brand Ambassador. The dancer and rapper of currently the planet's hottest girl group, born Lalisa Manoban in Thailand, will star in M.A.C campaigns in a long-term partnership.

Yup, now even non-K-pop fans will get a taste of the sleek perfection that is Blackpink and the boundary-breaking appeal of Lisa, who is 23 years old. In case you were wondering, she says she has been a longtime fan of M.A.C Cosmetics and her go-to lippie is Powder Kiss Liquid Lipcolour in Mull It Over. Is that shade gonna fly off the shelves? Probably. According to M.A.C's press release, Lisa is known for her “aesthetically fierce but not intimidating” and “killer on stage but adorable off” personal style, and "speaks to a wide range of consumers, and encourages conversations and trends within and outside of the beauty landscape."
