This Week’s Best-Dressed Stars: Fiona Xie & Nathan Hartono At The Mugler H&M Party, Rui En, Zoe Tay, & More

Celebs’ #OOTDs were just as sizzling as the weather this week thanks to the Mugler H&M pre-launch party, where stars like Fiona Xie and Nathan Hartono turned up and teased in a variety of mesh-panelled outfits designed to show some — or a lot of — skin.  Keep scrolling for our selection of this week’s best-dressed.

Fiona Xie

It looks like the nosebleed-inducing set she donned last week was just a teaser as Fiona donned a similar ensemble to the Mugler H&M event. This time, she paired her sexy stirrup leggings with a mesh-panelled corset top that flaunted her curves, undoubtedly turning heads at the party.

Nathan Hartono

Also rocking mesh at the bash was Nathan, who stood out from the crowd thanks to his acid-green suit. That aside, we have to say that the separated waistband on the trousers is a very interesting detail and a great way of making someone ensure that their fly is never down.

Narelle Kheng

The Sam Willows songstress’ fit was a captivating combo of dark whimsical girlishness and sultry femme fatale thanks to the layering of a velvet peplum frock over a plunging bodysuit. Slay.

Naomi Yeo

Narelle’s sister-in-law Naomi opted for an understated yet elegant long gown with mesh panels — a common theme in the Mugler H&M collection — at the hips to add a seductive touch. Wonder what hubby Benjamin Kheng thought of her look.

Zoe Tay

“Queen” is what immediately came to mind when we saw Ah Jie in this incredibly chic and oh-so-regal ivory Gucci get-up that showed off her slender gams. Not all heroes wear capes, but this heroine was certainly rocking one.

Pierre Png & Andrea De Cruz

What better way for Pierre to commemorate 21 years of his and Andrea’s famous liver transplant love story than to share a photo of them in matchy-matchy outfits? This post was enough to chase anyone’s Monday blues away.

Carrie Wong

After her whirlwind New York trip, Carrie brought herself and her style back to the East with this badass Japanese-inspired ensemble and a reminder that wearing socks with slippers is no longer a fashion faux pas.

Rui En

Even Rui En couldn’t resist hopping on the viral Wes Anderson aesthetic trend, which basically involves symmetry, dreamy colours, and blank expressions. She also made sure to dress the part in a whimsical Kate Spade lemon-print dress with matching shoes. Super cute.

Sonia Chew

The 987FM DJ went on an island getaway to Bintan and apparently rocked a number of hawt swimsuit looks there, including this one consisting of an olive green bikini underneath a cutout fishnet cover-up. That massive wine glass makes a great accessory too.

Julie Tan

We guess it’s beach season now because Julie also shared a snap of herself in a cute two-piece — perfect for showing off that belly button ring — and a see-through cover-up at a resort in Vietnam. Her luscious beach waves complete the look.

Eleanor Lee

Eleanor looks so comfy and carefree in her pastel-striped kaftan that it makes us feel like getting one for ourselves the next time we make a trip to the beach. Bonus points for no longer needing to feel self-conscious in a revealing swimsuit.

Christopher Lee

After noticing the more unusual design details like the pleated ‘apron’ on his trousers, we wondered if Chris was paying a subtle sartorial tribute to the theme of his new film Workers the Movie with his army green utilitarian ensemble. Would you look at all those pockets!

Ayden Sng

Wearing the same Onitsuka Tiger pants except in black and with a bomber jacket was Ayden, whose up-level OOTD photos look like they could’ve been ripped out from the pages of a fashion magazine.

Chantalle Ng

Who says brown is boring? Chantalle certainly proved otherwise with this Miu Miu set that’s rich in texture and masterful layering. Note the unfinished hems and the mini skirt with the giant belt, a nod to 2000s fashion.

Tong Bingyu

Bingyu wasn’t afraid to mix styles and fabrics when she showed up to a recent event in Malaysia — a sporty asymmetrical top, breezy linen shirt, and futuristic metallic skirt don’t sound like they’re supposed to go together, but on her, it turned out to be a winning combination.

Nick Teo

We don’t think many guys would feel comfortable in tiny leather shorts while carrying a giant eye-catching manbag (even if it is Prada), but Nick here is absolutely owning it. Just goes to show what mile-long legs and oodles of confidence can achieve.

Hong Ling

Nick’s fiancée Hong Ling is also not one to shy away from making unconventional fashion choices. Just look at how she paired an oversized university sweater with a casual floor-length skirt and sophisticated croc bag — and totally made it work.

Huang Biren & Richie Koh

The onscreen mother-and-son pair attended SG Enable’s 10th anniversary dinner and looked sharp in their somewhat matching ensembles — Richie in a smart navy blue suit and Biren in a stylish monochrome coat dress.

Kimberly Chia

Becoming a mum certainly isn’t going to stop Kimberly from dressing up and relaxing with a glass of red. Her cute mint green jumpsuit is just the right amount of sexy, playful, and comfortable — a winning combination if you ask us.

Aisyah Aziz

We don’t blame Aisyah for wanting to twirl around in that gorgeous fringe dress by Loewe, which she styled to perfection with a light trench coat, cowgirl boots, and of course, a bag from the Spanish luxury brand.

Chen Yixin

Several stars have been showing their different ways of wearing the new Calvin Klein collection by Blackpink’s Jennie, and Yixin’s edgy biker-babe-in-a-bralette rendition is undoubtedly one of our favourites.

Sora Ma

She probably didn’t mean to but Sora is almost stealing the bride’s spotlight in this simple but lovely pink satin gown, which fits her like a dream.
