What are Climate Vouchers?

Climate Vouchers can be used to offset purchases of energy-efficient products for the home and is part of the government’s efforts to make the step towards more sustainable living in Singapore households.

Part of the Climate Friendly Households Programme, Climate Vouchers were first launched in Nov 2020 to help families in three-room or smaller HDB flats lower their utility bills by switching to more energy- and water-efficient refrigerators, LED lights, and shower fittings and lower their utility bills.

The scheme was expanded to include all HDB households in 2024, where eligible HDB households received $300 worth of Climate Vouchers. In 2025, eligible HDB households will receive an additional $100, bringing the total to $400. The scheme has been expanded to include private properties this year, and they will receive $400 in vouchers as well.

Eligible households may claim their 2025 Climate Vouchers from 15 April 2025 to 31 December 2027 by logging in to RedeemSG via SingPass. The vouchers come in a mix of $2, $5, $10 and $50 denominations.
