This New Furniture & Home Décor Store Also Has A Mini Boulangerie — So You Can Snack While Shopping For Your Home

Happy days are here for folks who love going furniture shopping and having a pastry or two while they’re at it. My Selection, a furniture and home décor online retailer, has just set up its first brick-and-mortar store, a 1,200 sq ft space in Farrer Park.
Expect to find on-trend rattan furniture, cool patio pieces, flatlay-worthy dinnerware and other quirky home accessories that will probably fit your home aesthetic, whether it's Scandinavian, Japandi, contemporary or eclectic.
Besides that, the store has also added to its inventory a range of home accessories and gifts from Singaporean brands and designers and showcased prominently in their first physical store.
There’s also a hidden surprise that lies within the My Selection store: La Petite Boulangerie is a mini café corner tucked inside the store that serves up a small selection of baked goods.
It’s also purportedly introducing a dessert that’s never been served on our sunny shores before: the merveilleux ($9), a meringue sandwich cookie that’s a traditional French and Belgian dessert.
Besides sweet treats, here’s something else that may lessen the stress of furniture shopping: My Selection’s, uh, selection in store can be delivered to customers within two working days as they keep all inventory within Singapore so stocks are always readily available.
