The Met Gala makes the A-listers bring their fashion A-game every year and this year's Camp: Notes on Fashion theme inspired some of the most outrageous outfits in the event's illustrious history based on "irony, humour, parody, pastiche, artifice, theatricality and exaggeration".

The special pink carpet was graced by the likes of a head-carrying Jared Leto, Katy Perry dressed as a chandelier and Lady Gaga who performed a strip tease.
