Korean actress Jun Ji Hyun gave birth to her first child today (Feb 10) in the wee hours of the morning. She announced that she was 10 weeks pregnant last July but has remained tight-lipped about further details on her pregnancy.

The 34-year-old’s agency has shared that both mother and child are healthy but could not share any of her postpartum plans, only sharing that the actress is still in the hospital. The label has yet to meet with her as Korea is celebrating the Lunar New Year.

She wed her husband who is of the same age, Choi Joon Hyuk, in 2012. Jun Ji Hyun’s last project was the movie Assassination in 2015 and hit drama My Love from the Star in 2014.
