Ever walk into an animal shelter with no intention of adopting a dog and suddenly decide that you absolutely had to have one? Well, Zoe Tay has.

The actress was simply “visiting” doggy daycare centre Sunny Heights when its owner and founder of non-profit animal shelter Voices of Animals (VFA), Derrick Tan, told her about an adorable five-year-old West Highland Terrier that was up for adoption.
