Is Zhang Zhenhuan's 3-Year-Old Daughter On Her Way To Become The Next Big Thing In China?

Is there a new second-gen star in the making?
Yesterday (May 27), ex-Mediacorp actor Zhang Zhenhuan, now known as Zhang Zhenxuan, shared on his kids' Instagram account that his 3-year-old daughter Crystal was recently filming in Hengdian.
Zhenhuan, 41, and wife Sally Pan, 30, also have a four-year-old son, Miro. Zhenhuan moved back to China, where he was born, in 2018 after his contract with Mediacorp ended.
The actor subsequently shared with Chinese media 8world that Crystal only took up the job as his friend was looking for a child actress. Since Crystal fit all the criteria, Zhenhuan then decided to let her take a shot.
"Her personality is different from mine. She's not as shy, so I wanted to let her experience [what acting feels like]," he said.
True enough, from the video Zhenhuan shared, Crystal did not look afraid at all, even when standing in front of the large crew and equipment.
It also helped that she had a nice co-star who went out of his way to make things comfortable for her.
For instance, after finding out that the young girl likes Hello Kitty, Chinese actor Chubu Huajie immediately took his phone out and started playing a video of the cartoon character in hopes to break the ice.
Zhenhuan said Huajie's act made Crystal's day and she immediately became good friends with Huajie after that.
Now that his daughter's has dipped her toes in showbiz, does Zhenhuan have intentions of returning to acting too? The actor's last drama was Mediacorp long-form series The Heartland Hero in 2021.
"Currently my full-time job is doing live streams with Pornsak and Kang Cheng Xi. We've been doing that for about two years. As for acting, we'll have to see if there are suitable roles," he said.
So we're not hearing a "no"?
