Mediacorp's YES 933 Hits Fest 2023 Has Live Performances By WeiBird, Lala Hsu, OSN And More
This celebration of Mandopop on Nov 25 will have live performances as well as an awards presentation to honour 20 winners across seven award categories.
Mandopop fans hoping to get up close to their favourite artistes should keep an eye out for the upcoming YES 933 Hits Fest 2023. Held at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on Nov 25, this blend of award recognitions and live performances will feature over 10 regional acts.
Some of the artistes performing at this three-hour-long extravaganza include WeiBird, Lala Hsu, OSN, Boon Hui Lu, Ivy Lee and Zhang Zhehan.

The concert will also honour 20 winners across seven categories:
- Artiste Of The Year
- Newcomer Of The Year
- Hit Of The Year
- YES 933 Hitmakers Yes 933
- Spop Media Recommendation
- Spop Best Local Lyrics
- Spop Best Local Composition
Winners for all the awards except the Hit Of The Year were determined through a mix of professional judging, results on Mediacorp’s Chinese radio station YES 933’s iconic weekly music chart Pick of the Pops and airplay measurements between the qualifying period of Jul 3, 2022 to Jun 25 this year.
Meanwhile, fans can decide the winner of Hit Of The Year by voting for their favourite tunes at this website between Oct 23 and Nov 5.
Voting is open to those with a valid meCONNECT account and is capped at 10 votes per day per user. Votes will make up 50 per cent of overall assessment, with the remainder made up of 40 per cent professional judging and 10 per cent YES 933 airplay.
Homegrown talents Jarrell Huang, Gao Meigui, Soph T, Shelby Wang, Ben Hum and xxmxrcs will also take to the stage to perform the show’s inaugural theme song, Music In My Stride, composed by local producer Jim Lim.
Tickets go on sale on Friday (Oct 20) at this website, and are priced at S$38 and S$48, excluding booking fees. Fans who purchase their tickets before Nov 5 will also receive an early bird discount of 20 per cent.
Fans who are unable to attend the concert in person can also catch the show live via meWATCH, the Mediacorp Entertainment YouTube Channel and Ch U on Nov 25 from 7pm to 10pm.
