Yao Wenlong’s 6-Year-Old Daughter Just Did Her First Solo Live Stream

Wenlong posted this picture earlier this year, sharing that Luohui had edited one of her selfies to include who we think are the most important guys in her life — her dad and BTS’ Jimin.

Pretty fancy editing skills for a six-year-old, don’t you think?

And of course, we can’t forget this… interesting photo that Luohui edited for her dad, to make him look “10 years younger” so that he’d have a higher chance of winning the Top 10 Most Popular Artiste award at the Star Awards.

When 8days.sg previously spoke to Wenlong, who also has a 14-year-old son named Jianyu with his wife, Jenny Tsai, 38, he shared that Luohui “loves to perform”.

Which was why we were not surprised to learn that father and daughter had ventured into the world of live streaming together in June after Luohui “kept asking to do a live stream together to chat” with every one.

Their inaugural live stream was a success with 1,000 viewers tuning in. It explains why the plucky kid decided to do a solo live stream on her own Facebook page earlier this week.

The broadcast went on for 48 minutes, and mostly featured Luohui alone, with Wenlong keeping an eye on her behind the camera.

Though she was a little shy at first, Luohui began chatting with her viewers after some prompting from her dad.

She even did a mock live stream sale, 'selling' items from a toy piano and various story books to hair clips and pink stationery.

And of course, her ever supportive dad Wenlong made sure to participate, leaving comments on the stream to 'buy' the items Luohui was selling.

After the live stream ended, Wenlong took to his Instagram to post some pictures of it, jokingly lamenting in his caption: “At the age of six ,mei mei was brave enough to do a solo live stream, and even sang and danced… I originally wanted her to become a judge… a lawyer… a doctor… a scientist.”

But hey, isn’t it nice that Luohui’s following in his footsteps?
