MP Sun Xueling’s Kind Gesture At Kindergarten Graduation Photoshoot Sparks Praise; “[She Treats] Residents Like They’re Her Own Children,” Says Netizen
Graduating from preschool is possibly one of the biggest milestones for a seven-year-old. But for these kindergarten kiddos, their graduation photoshoot was made a lot more memorable.
Earlier today, MP Sun Xueling shared on Instagram that she was spending time with kindergarteners from a child care centre in Punggol West.
"Am getting ready with our children on a momentous occasion! They are graduating from K2 this year and entering Primary 1 next year," the 46-year-old Punggol GRC MP captioned.
In the clip, the Senior Minister of State was seen helping the little ones adjust their mortarboards to make sure they look the best for their grad pics.
She then proceeded to join them in their graduation photoshoot, standing at the back row with the rest of the teachers.
MP Sun's warm gestures has certainly touched the heart of netizens.
"So sweet of her to spend time adjusting the children's caps," a netizen quipped. Another wrote: "The greatest [gift] is love, which Ms Sun had shown to the K2 students."
One netizen also complimented MP Sun for "treating residents like they are her own children."
