Singaporean Singer Shye, 21, Competing In Talent Search Chuang Asia; Took Part In Okto Star When She Was 10
She is the only Singaporean among the 70 contestants from around the world.

Local singer-songwriter Trinity Shye Ann Brown aka Shye is about to shine on the international stage.
The Chinese-British performer is set take to part in the upcoming idol search Chuang Asia – a spinoff of popular talent competition, Chuang.
Shye will battle it out with 69 other female contestants from around the world for a spot in the final line-up of a brand-new girl group.
International superstar Jackson Wang and singers Mike Angelo, Jeff Satur, and Nene Pornnapan are also set to join the show as mentors.
Shye, whose dad is British, and mum, Singaporean-Chinese, is a familiar name in music circles here and has been performing since the age of 10.
In fact, she first wowed audiences in Mediacorp kid talent search competition okto Star in 2012 when she performed Miley Cyrus’ ‘The Climb’ during the auditions.
Since then, Shye has released four EPs, a full-length album, and was part of the 2021 National Day song, ‘The Road Ahead’.
Her song ‘Love You’ from her 2020 album Days to Morning Glory has also garnered more than three million plays on streaming platform Spotify.
Most recently, Shye competed in the Chinese reality singing show Youth Pi Plan where she made it to the semi-finals performing her own song, ‘Welcome Back’.
