Rebecca Lim Dedicates Adorable Message To Her Make-Up Artist BFF... & Hubby

Fans of Mediacorp actress Rebecca Lim, 37, would know about the special bond she shares with her make-up-artist-turned-BFF Shaun Lee.

Shaun is the man in charge of glamming Becks up for her events, shoots, and of course her wedding in 2022.

He is also the godpa to her eight-month old baby boy.

Rebecca and her hubby Matthew Webster recently attended Shaun’s surprise birthday dinner at Marina Bay Sands' Spago Dining Room.

Other guests at the intimate gathering included Diana Ser, Jeremy Chan and Jesseca Liu.

Shaun took to IG on Saturday (Aug 24) to thank his pals for celebrating the special occasion with him.

Reposting a photo of herself, Matthew, and Shaun from the latter’s post on IG stories, Becks wrote: “Oh what would I be without you.”

She then followed up with: “@shaunleelee I mean.”

Jokes aside, of course Becks didn’t forget her hubby. She tagged Matthew and wrote: “Love you too”

How mindful, how demure, and how absolutely adorable, right?

Bugis Street Level 2 may no longer feel quite as much like a ghost town. Months after we visited the upper floor following reports of shuttered shops and sparse foot traffic, we returned on a Friday afternoon to see whether things had changed. This time, Level 2 had noticeably more people around, from teenagers and tourists to older shoppers. More importantly, shoppers were actually interacting with the stalls, trying things on and making purchases, rather than simply browsing and walking through. There are still plenty of shuttered units, and Level 2 remains much quieter than the ever-busy ground floor, but the atmosphere felt noticeably livelier during our visit. Bugis Street is also hosting its “Somewhere @ Bugis Street” weekend events as part of its ongoing efforts to bring more activity to the area.
