It is 2.30pm on a Friday afternoon and 8days.sg is gathered with other journos at The Theatre at Mediacorp. We're here for the press conference of popular police procedural series C.L.I.F. 5, and in front of us are the cast who are decked out in their super-smart police uniforms.

The drama stars Rebecca Lim, Pierre Png, Taiwanese actor Weber Yang, Rayson Tan, Pan Lingling, Guo Liang, Shane Pow, He Yingying and Joel Choo, and if you're a fan of the series, you would know that C.L.I.F 5 features a brand-new cast with the exception of Rebecca and Pierre, who have appeared in past installments before. Becks played a forensic scientist in C.L.I.F., while Pierre was a murderous psychiatrist in C.L.I.F. 2, though his character met his demise at the beginning of season 3.
