Apart from selfies, sponsored posts and her sexy OOTDs, local influencer Naomi Neo, 26, also shares quite a bit of content about her family on social media. And among these, a number of clips of her adorable four-year-old son Kyzo’s antics have gone viral in the past year

So it did not come as a surprise when she was invited on the latest episodes of Streamers Go Live as a mentor.

After all, who better to guide the streamers in online content creation than Naomi, who is undoubtedly one of the most successful influencers in Singapore.

Naomi's TikToks of Kyzo were played for the streamers

Naomi’s TikToks with Kyzo were played for the streamers and judging by how all of them were staring adoringly at the screen, it's easy to see why the clips have struck a chord with her followers.

After watching the clips, team captain Lee Teng asked the question that was on everyone’s minds: are Naomi’s vids of her son spontaneous, or were they planned?

“None of it was pre-planned, but I can predict my son’s response," said Naomi. "So sometimes I will prompt him. For example, there was a video where he said “Nobody bullies my mummy.” I will ask him what he usually says when mummy gets bullied, then I will [film] his response and edit the video accordingly,” she revealed.

She then said she gets inspired to make content from the daily conversations she has with her son, as she already has an idea of how he reacts to things.

Tai Tai was then curious to find out if Naomi always has her phone in hand, since kids are often very spontaneous.

“Not really, I usually try to keep a balance,” answered Naomi, who says that she always puts her phone away after filming a video, so it doesn’t affect the time she has with her kids.

For those who have noticed, Naomi’s one-year-old daughter, Zyla Rey, appears in her vids a lot less than Kyzo.

According to Naomi, it’s because she believes that girls tend to get criticised more. She plans to wait until Zyla is older, so she can seek her permission and let her choose if she wants to appear on her videos.
