Joel Choo Says Having The Support Of His Dad Zhu Houren Was A "Critical" Part Of His Decision To Leave Mediacorp
The 26-year-old also told 8days.sg that he did not share the news of his departure with anyone before his big announcement.
Joel Choo, 26, announced over the weekend that he will not be renewing his contract with Mediacorp after four years with the company.
Zhu Houren, 66, also made a separate post on his own Instagram, expressing his support for his son.
“After your child grows up, it’s just like flying a kite, the more you fly it, the higher it’ll soar. And when they turn back to look at us, we’ve [somehow] become smaller and smaller.
