"I Wish I Had A Cooler Story To Tell": JJ Lin Injures Pinky Finger While Trying To Save A Glass Bottle From Falling
That looks really painful.
JJ Lin, 42, is currently on his JJ20 World Tour though fans might spot something a little different with one of his fingers in the next few shows.
The Singaporean singer took to social media last night (Nov 15) to share that he had an accident. "I wish this was a prank but it's not," was his first line.
"I also wish I had a cooler story to tell but I'm afraid not..." he wrote before revealing that in his bid to save a glass bottle from falling, tore a tendon in his pinky finger.
JJ also posted pictures of his bent pinky, writing that he is “unable to straighten it no matter how hard [he] tried.”
Ouch!
Fellow celeb like Mediacorp actors Shaun Chen and Jeremy Chan sent well wishes while pop idol and famous JJ fanboy Jackson Wang dropped a sad face emoji.
Thankfully, JJ also shared there were no signs of a bone fracture though he will be wearing a finger cast for the next six weeks.
8days.sg reached out to JJ’s management, asking if his injury will have any effect on his tour to which they replied that “they will continue to monitor his condition and may adjust the show’s content for his upcoming concerts in Wuhan, China.”
They also added that they will only know how to move along with the rest of the shows after a follow-up visit with the doctor.
Hopefully, JJ will still be able to play the piano during the rest of his world tour.
