Got a hankering for tarts? Fann just revealed that she's launching her own online pastry shop, Fanntasy. And there'll only be 1,000 tarts up for grabs on October 13 at 9.29am at www.fanntasybakes.com.sg, so fastest fingers first!

And unlike previous years, she managed to celebrate it here in Singapore!

"My birthday wish came true… to be able to spend my birthday back home with my loved ones", she wrote.

While she was unfortunately unable to spend it with everyone, no thanks to COVID-19 restrictions, we reckon being able to do small meetups with those near and dear to her in the last few weeks was a small consolation for her.

According to the 44-year-old, two of Luke's schoolmates were diagnosed with COVID-19 recently. As a result, Luke, as well as a caregiver since he's too young to take care of himself, will have to be quarantined at home till October 3 (that's today).

Once Jamie received the news, she decided to take extra precaution, and have her whole family self-quarantine at home. As of now, all four of them (Jamie, Luke, as well as her 11-year-old daughter Ally and Jamie's husband, British consultant Rupert), have all tested negative for COVID-19. Jamie and Luke have also completed their mandatory Quarantine Order, and all is well with them.

Oh, the power of social media.

Less than two weeks after Joey embarked on her quest to seek out all eight of her onscreen students in the 1999 drama, My Teacher, My Friend, she took to her IG again to report a piece of good news.

She managed to find all eight of her 'students', and she even shared some pics of how they look like now. Cute.

That's the siblings' late mother and grandmother in the picture above. Their mum passed away in 2002, when Benjamin and Narelle were 12 and eight respectively, after being diagnosed with Stage 2 breast cancer.

"Reunited at last, mom and po [grandmother](sic)", Ben wrote.

Narelle also dedicated a lengthy caption on her Instagram to their grandmother, sharing how the latter took care of her and Ben, as well as their mum. Read the full caption below:

Meijiao's post, which was written entirely in Chinese, was an ode to her 80-year-old mother, who passed away on September 25.

Here's her caption, translated in full:

“The most sorrowful pain
The hardest to let go
Although it hurts, [we] still have to let go
Even after letting go, it will still hurt

Spring, summer, autumn, winter, the flowers bloom and fall
The impermanence of life, a natural change

Please allow time to help wash away my sorrow
Continue to learn, be strong, and rise once more

Grateful to everyone”

'Cos sometimes, we just have to focus on what's most important.

Chantalle's post described Meijiao as "the strongest woman" she's met, detailing how Meijiao "soldiered on... from the initial stage of shock to the final stage of acceptance" after knowing that her mum had been diagnosed with cancer.
