Insta-Buzz: What The Stars Were Up To This Week

Here are some of our favourite snaps from the past week.
More scam calls, loads of travelling (both real and fake) and F1 fever hit Singapore in this week's Insta-buzz. Read on for more.

Constance Song took her first flight with her nine-month-old daughter, EL.

The actress is currently in Bali with EL and her older daughter, Olthea, 4. Though it seems like EL didn't really take to flying well, thankfully, those around Constance were pretty understanding.

"Feeling so sorry and yet I have nice [and] kind people to help us out when I feel helpless!" wrote Constance, thanking her fellow passengers and the airline staff.

Zhai Siming and Bonnie Loo jetted off to USA for filming?!

Wow, did Siming and Bonnie land a huge new project?

Well... if you zoom in on the bottom right, you'd see that the cheeky Siming wrote "Upper Serangoon Avenue" in his IG story. Unfortunately...

Abort mission, abort mission!

It seems like there were quite a number of people who missed out on that tiny detail, with Siming posting a hasty clarification just two hours later.

"We are actually just filming at Changi Airport. So sorry I felt so bad!" he added.

Nurul Aini had her most successful scam call karaoke session yet.

This time round, the scammer waited super patiently for Nurul to finish serenading him in Chinese, to Nurul's mirth. Props to his patience, seriously.

But of course, there's only so much one can take. Eventually, this scammer, like the others before him, was left with no choice but to hang up on Nurul, who was having the time of her life.

YES 933 DJs Kunhua and Hazelle travelled to Italy too?!

Okay, this is obviously an edit, but we love how the two jocks were brought on a trip round the world by their social media team, after attempting this very challenging pose.

Jean Danker rubbed shoulders with F1 driver Valtteri Bottas.

Jean shared that she was very stoked to speak with Valtteri, whom she has been a fan of for many years.

Herman Keh did a 'remix' of his viral TikTok.

Remember that TikTok video with Kiki Lim that went viral? Well, since Herman is involved in long-form medical drama Healing Heroes, of course he'd have the opportunity to recreate it. This time round, Herman roped in Richard Low to help him 'create' some new dance moves.

Watch the TikTok, as well as the first episode of Healing Heroes below. You can also catch Healing Heroes on meWATCH here.

Chen Yixin revealed that she's part of the cast of upcoming Netflix Original Mr Midnight.

Congrats, Yixin! The series is based off children’s horror fiction book series Mr Midnight, which most of us grew up reading. Anyone else ready for a dose of nostalgia?

Suhaimi Yusof won big at the 25th COMPASS Awards Presentation?

The awards ceremony, which serves to recognise local musicians and songwriters for their outstanding achievements, was held last week, with JJ Lin walking away with five awards.

But there was one other 'winner' too.

As Suhaimi wrote in his caption, "I hereby would like to express my appreciation & thanks to...........the person who sat in front of me for letting me hold his trophies.".

He then went on to joke that his The Noose character, Jojo Joget, will beat JJ's record and win 6 awards the next year.

Zong Zijie ran into a famous YouTuber.

Recognise the guy on Zijie's left? That's American YouTuber Mikey Chen, the face of YouTube channel Strictly Dumplings, which focuses on food and travel vlogs.

And of course, Zijie ran into him at a food centre. Wonder if he was there to try Bedok 85's famous bak chor mee.
