Insta-Buzz: What The Stars Were Up To This Week
Here are some of our favourite snaps from the past week.

Christmas is creeping up on us (just four more days!), but first: we've got a bumper crop of birthdays this week, more good news from Mark Lee, as well as a super sweet proposal.

Elvin Ng chilled out in style with a sea-cation
Why do a staycation when you can set off on a cruise to nowhere instead? Looks like Elvin had a blast chilling out "in the middle of nowhere" earlier this week. After all, there's no better way to kick off the upcoming week of birthday celebrations. (P/S: Elvin turns 40 on December 23).

Fauzie Laily and his wife had a sea-riously good time too
Looks like the cruise life is taking everyone by storm. Just like Elvin, Fauzie and his wife sailed out into the open sea... and then back to Singapore during their well-deserved getaway this week. Wonder who else we'll sea out on a cruise next week.

Guess who got proposed to over the weekend?
Congrats, Kayly!
The 31-year-old's boyfriend proposed to her just this weekend... and even managed to come up with a customised bouquet of flowers that earned the approval of Kayly, who runs a floral business as well.

Check out all the birthday boys!
From hiphop star Yung Raja's 25th, to Zhang Yaodong's 43rd, Ian Fang's 31st, and Tay Ping Hui's 50th, we've got one birthday boy for every decade this week. Kinda.
(P.S: Did you know that Ping Hui's a Pikachu fan? 'Cos we sure didn't.)

DJs Jean Danker and Glenn Ong celebrated their 15th anniversary
And no, Jean definitely did not forget their anniversary. Just look at what the geotag says.
Happy anniversary, you guys!
(P.S: For an extra dose of sweetness, check out this throwback snap Jean posted of the couple back when they first met)

Another radio DJ celebrated an anniversary...
And this time, it's Joakim from 987 FM. On December 15, Joakim marked eight years as an DJ on the station. Pretty impressive, no?

Mark Lee's youngest, Calynn, no longer needs to be on steroids
In 2018, Mark's younger daughter, Calynn, was diagnosed with glomerulonephritis, a rare kidney disease when she was five. Less than two years later, Mark's wife Catherine shared on her Instagram that Calynn's condition has improved by leaps and bounds.
As it turns out, Calynn stopped taking steroids in July this year, and her latest checkup revealed that she's in the pink of health. This also means that if everything goes well, she'll eventually be able to stop taking medicine all together. Congrats!

Zoe Tay got the royal treatment
Ah Jie's not just the queen of Mediacorp, she's also the queen at home. Which is why she was treated to the best of the best when she went for a staycation with her family this week. Wonder what was the end result of her manicure, though.

How is Fann Wong so talented at... everything?
Nope, Fann's not satisfied with being an amazing baker and actress. Turns out, she's a pretty darn good artist too, and this 3D painting the star showcased on her Instagram speaks for itself.
Or well, if you're still not convinced, this comment from Rebecca Lim will probably do the trick.

Li Nanxing's Dried Scallop Hae Bee Hiam Ramen earned the stamp of approval from his fellow celebs
Looks like Ah Ge's hae bee hiam is going places. Just last month, Nanxing collaborated with Holland Village’s Taste Gourmet Market to offer croissants stuffed with his signature dried scallop hae bee hiam, and this month, he has a temporary collaboration (Dec 23's the last day) with Ippudo Singapore, to offer dried scallop hae bee hiam ramen at selected outlets. Yum!

Ya Hui's yearning for a winter vacation...
... and so are we. But hey, as a small form of consolation, at least Phase 3 is coming soon, right?
