Hunky S'porean Police Officer In SPF Video Is Also A Pro Bodybuilder

At this point, we think the Singapore Police Force is hiding enough hunks for a calendar. 2025, maybe?

The Singapore Police Force (SPF) sure knows how to get everyone’s attention.

Previously, they had everyone thirsting over Inspector Benjamin Cheah doing dips for Police Day.

This time, in another video posted to social media, they stopped another strapping officer, Muhammad Aidil, who was on duty during what seems to be the National Day Parade last Friday (Aug 9).

“Hi Sir, I didn’t know SPF has bazookas. What did you do to get these guns?” asked the interviewer who was obviously referring to Aidil’s bulging biceps that were threatening to burst from his sleeves.

We have to ask: Was that a pickup line?

Aidil went on to share his ethos on getting his results, saying that he “keeps [his] meals very simple” and consumes “lean proteins, complex carbs and healthy fats” while also remembering to “hydrate yourself at all times”.

Of course, the thirsty-sounding interviewer seemingly had other priorities and brought the attention back to Adil’s biceps and pushed for him to share his workout routine.

“I train six times a week and one day rest,” says Aidil sharing that he does a “bro split from Monday to Saturday, different body parts.”

A bro split is described as a workout program that trains a single muscle group each day.

Responding to the interviewer’s comment on the amount of time spent working out, Aidil explains that “it is all about time management” and how he carves out time before and after his shifts.

When asked if every police officer needed to be as buff as him, Aidil good-naturedly assured everyone that all one needs to do is to “stay active and keep yourself healthy in order to carry out your job well”.

A quick check online showed Aidil to be an avid bodybuilder who has taken part in physique competitions as early as 2015.

Naturally, netizens couldn’t help themselves from posting thirsty comments, with one writing, “I’m sorry sir, but I guess I broke some rules. Will you arrest me?”

Of course, some had to shine the spotlight on Aidil’s biceps with one even hilariously wrote, “Arm robbery spotted”, while another commented, “Bro carrying two guns even when off duty”.

Yikes! Calm down, everyone!

Muhammad Adil's biceps were too big to not be noticed.
Is it just us or is the interviewer thirsty too?
Adil's gains have also seen him take part in a number of bodybuilding competitions from as early as 2015.
