Hong Ling’s Grandma Passes Away At 90; 3rd Family Loss This Year After Miscarriage & Mum’s Death

Mediacorp actress Hong Ling is having a really rough year.

The 31-year-old revealed on Instagram that her grandmother had passed away peacefully at 90, sharing photos of condolences wreaths.

Speaking to 8world, the Our Midnight Scary Tales star said: “I’m okay, thank you. It’s just that so much has happened this year. I feel a little emotional”.

Earlier in February this year, Hong Ling’s mum, Kaewsoda Kesorn succumbed to cancer at 52.

Hong Ling and husband Nick Teo, 35, shared in May the heartbreaking news that she had suffered a miscarriage 11 weeks into her pregnancy.

“Never in my darkest dreams did I imagine experiencing such immense pain, losing both my beloved mum and my precious baby earlier this year,” she'd said in her IG post.

Can Hong Ling catch a break already?
