Fann Wong Mourns Passing Of Pet Rabbit: "Zed Always Proudly Calls [Her] His Younger Sister"

The loss of a pet is akin to losing a family member, as Fann Wong shared when she revealed that her pet rabbit had passed away. 

The 54-year-old star shared on Instagram old pics of her in happier days with her bunny, Simone. 

"Hop on my little one, thank you for being Zed's younger sister for close to six years," wrote Fann. Zed is the actress' 11-year-old son with local actor Christopher Lee, 53.

Her post also showed Zed's last interactions with Simone, including him looking intently at her and holding a petal close to the bunny's carcass at her funeral.

He also sat quietly on a bench, solemnly gazing at a plastic bag containing some of Simone's fur after her cremation. 

"Zed always proudly calls Simone his younger sister," Fann revealed.

"Now Ah Gong will help big brother [Zed] look after you. The smallest paws leave the biggest prints on our hearts."

Chris also left a comment for their beloved pet. 

"Simone... goodbye," he wrote with three heart emojis.
