Desmond Tan Really, Really Does Not Want To Talk About His Wedding

When 8days.sg got on the phone to catch up with Desmond Tan on Friday morning (Jan 14), we were looking forward to having a nice chat with the 35-year-old actor about his recent surprise wedding in France.

The star has always been very reticent when it comes to his personal life, but we thought he might’ve finally been willing to open up since he was happy to share more about his relationship in our WhatsApp interview after marrying his university sweetheart of 12 years.

And he’s definitely aware of the public’s curiosity about the new Mrs Tan, judging from how he engaged in some light-hearted trolling by doing a big “REVEAL” of a mystery woman who turned out to be Sharon Au instead of his wife, so hey, sure he’d be game for a candid tête-à-tête about married life, right?
