David Tao Considers S'pore His "Second Home"; Says He Can Recognise Any Place In SG In 5 Secs
Who knew David Tao has such an affinity with our Little Red Dot?
The 56-year-old Taiwanese singer was in town last month for his Soul Power II World Tour and recently shared a YouTube vlog documenting his recent visit.
In his almost-nine-minute video, David included shots of them driving past the Singapore Flyer and Marina Bay Sands, as well as scenes from their rehearsals at the Indoor Stadium.
He then revealed that Singapore is actually a place he's very familiar with.
“Once I arrive in this city, you can drop me anywhere. Within five seconds, I’ll know exactly where I am. Because this is Singapore, [my] second home," he mused.
David, who frequented our country more than a decade ago, recalled that his first visit was also for work. Back then, he held a small concert at the Hard Rock Cafe on Orchard Road.
“So I have a lot of feelings for Singapore, a lot of attachment, and many memories," he said.
