Project Superstar Winner Daren Tan, 39, & Doctor Wife Welcome 2nd Child
The singer took to IG yesterday (May 30) to reveal that his wife gave birth to a boy.
Project Superstar Season 2 winner Daren Tan, 39, took to IG yesterday afternoon (May 30) to document a very special moment.
Daren and his wife Nadia Lum, who is a doctor, welcomed their second child, a boy, at a hospital in Selangor, Malaysia.
"Welcome and well done Buddy! Thank you everyone for the well wishes! Mother and Son is doing well," wrote Daren, who is now based in Malaysia.
Daren and Nadia tied the knot in 2017 and welcomed their daughter, Vera Mae Tan, a year later.
When he spoke to 8days.sg after his wedding, Daren told us that Nadia, who is Malaysian, was a resident in a hospital in KL and was studying for her master's in radiology.
Before Baby Number Two was born, Daren posted an IG story sharing his thoughts on being a dad again.
"The bloodshot eyes. More to come the next few weeks," he wrote, followed by a picture of him cradling his baby boy in his arms.
He also shared a cute family pic, where his daughter can be seen gazing lovingly at her brother.
Fellow celebs Aileen Tan, Desmond Tan and Dasmond Koh have since taken to the comments section of Daren's post to extend their well-wishes.
