Chen Hanwei And Yeo Yann Yann Go Way Back… But They’ve Never Worked Together On A Drama

Okay, it’s probably common knowledge that Chen Hanwei’s BFFs with Zoe Tay. Much has been written about their friendship (which goes way back), but as it turns out, there’s someone else that the 51-year-old actor has history with.
And that’s Yeo Yann Yann.
You see, Hanwei and Yann Yann have way more in common than we thought. In a recent Instagram post, Hanwei revealed that the duo actually went to the same secondary school, belonged to the same drama club, and hail from the same hometown in Johor Bahru.
Say whaat?
Okay, so Yann Yann’s 43 this year, which probably means that the two of them never really crossed paths in school, and Singapore’s a pretty small place, but still, that’s quite the coincidence, no?
We'd love to see the both of them acting alongside each other
But there’s something even more “surprising” in store. For two thespians who have so much in common with each other, there’s one glaring discrepancy.
And that’s the fact that they’ve never worked together on a drama.
Can someone out there please add: “cast Yann Yann and Hanwei in the same drama” to their to-do list please?
After all, both of them are super great actors in their own right
