Time for yet another #throwback post, and this time, we have Allan Wu sharing two adorable pictures taken 20 years ago.
According to Allan, 48, these photos were shared with him by an actress whom he’ll be working with on upcoming Mediacorp drama — Truths About Us.
During their pre-production meeting, the actress had approached Allan to strike up a conversation, revealing that they’d actually worked together before.
Allan, who had “no recollection” of it“ and had "assumed that it was not too long ago”, asked for more details about their collaboration.

And it was then that the actress revealed that they’d actually worked together 20 years ago, for a property ad, with pictures to jog Allan’s memory.
"I instantly remembered this ad because it was one of the first jobs I did after arriving in Singapore. Needless to say, I was blown away and this totally made my day!” Allan went on to share.
“[I’m] looking forward to working with you again—except this time maybe I can sit on your shoulders cuz I’m no spring chicken anymore!” he joked.
Then and now
So, by now, are you able to guess who’s the actress Allan’s referring to in his post? Well, the answer is Mediacorp star Fang Rong, who started appearing in commercials at the tender age of four.
Yes, the 24-year-old was just four when she shot that ad with Allan.
Not bad, right? Looks like the duo will have ample opportunity to, um, recreate that photo on the set of Truths About Us?
