Belinda Lee Says Her COVID-19 Vaccination Really Hurt ‘Cos Of Her "Toned Arm"
That, and the way she positioned her arm while getting the jab.
Yesterday (May 16), Belinda Lee joined the “club" of local celebs who have gotten their vaccinations… and shared about the experience on their social media.
And like her colleagues who got vaccinated before her, the 43-year-old had some advice to share with those who’ve not gotten their jabs.
"Just had my first jab,” Belinda wrote in her caption, adding: “Not trying to be hao lian (literally: a show-off), but the prick was pretty intense because of my toned arm. It's during times like this you wish you don’t have such developed muscle.”

All about the arms
As it turns out, the injection really, really, hurt for Belinda, as compared to the pain her husband, American architect David Moore, felt when he got his jab.
“My husband kept his arm down, and did not even feel a thing,” Belinda wrote in her caption, adding that she “did not realise it’s the position of our arm that matters”.

Oh well, guess its a good lesson learnt for Belinda, who had this piece of advice to share with everyone: “Keep your arm down and relaxed during your vaccination. It should be less painful”.
Duly noted, in our list of things to take note of before getting vaxxed.
And for Belinda, well, at least she now knows what not to do for her second jab.
