Andy Lau Proves He’s Really The Hardest Working Man In Showbiz At The First Of His Four Sold-Out Concerts Here

Halfway through Andy Lau’s first of his four solo concerts at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on Wednesday (Sep 25), a thought came to us: the Heavenly King doesn’t really need to do this. He’s one of the most famous men on the planet, is super accomplished, has been blessed with undying support from his fans for the past 38 years, and is a family man with a devoted wife and cute daughter. He should really just be resting on his laurels while sipping Mai Tais by his pool. Yet, here he is running around on stage like a man still eligible for IPPT, like his entire illustrious career depended on tonight. And the next night and the next night and the next night.

Andy, who turns 58 on Friday (so congrats to those who bought tickets to the Sep 27 concert), has long been touted as the hardest working man in showbiz and it showed during the almost 3-hour long gig.
