Kanye West's planned performance at the Grammys has reportedly been scrapped.

The 'Jesus Walks' rapper is no longer due to appear at the music awards ceremony on April 3, due to his "concerning online behaviour", an insider told The Blast.

A representative for West, who also goes by Ye, added: “This is confirmed."

The show is set to be hosted by Trevor Noah, whom West issued a scathing racist attack on and was subsequently banned from Instagram for at least 24 hours earlier this week.

The Blast claims the decision was made partly due to fears the pair could come to blows at the star-studded bash.

Variety confirmed the news shortly after West’s 'Eazy' collaborator, The Game, took to social media Friday in a rant defending West as he faces scrutiny for harassing estranged wife, Kim Kardashian, cyberbullying Pete Davidson and using a racial slur while addressing The Daily Show host, Trevor Noah.

The Game, whose real name is Jayceon Taylor, wrote, “The Grammys have at the last minute decided to pull @kanyewest from performing on the show as if we didn’t know it was coming

“Could be because @trevornoah is hosting and there was a conversation held amongst his team & the academy that led to the decision or because Ye's account was suspended just days ago for reasons unknown especially in a world where all the negativities of the world can be found on the same app with no repercussions or suspensions.

“Speak your mind in this country for yourself, family or your people & you’re ostracized immediately & if you push them hard enough they will stop at no ends to try and put an end to you as a whole.

“I can’t sleep at night knowing I was quiet about issues burning holes in my heart or narratives incorrectly pushed by the mass agenda to create a mind set that the person at hand is krazy or has issues internally that are beyond repair.”

SNoah's feud with West started when the comedian weighed in on the embattled rapper's domestic woes on The Daily Show: "I'll be honest with you — what I see from the situation is a woman who wants to live her life without being harassed by an ex-boyfriend or an ex-husband or an ex-anything.

"You may not feel sorry for Kim because she's rich and famous, because she appropriates Black culture ... but what she's going through is terrifying to watch and shines a spotlight on what so many women go through when they choose to leave."

Following news of West's Instagram suspension, netizens started a petition to have him dropped as a headliner for this year's Coachella Music Festival.
