Kanye West Gives Up Talking, Porn, Sex And Booze For A 30-Day Cleanse

Kanye West is giving up talking, sex, adult films, and alcohol for a month.

West, who also goes by Ye, took to Twitter to share that he's going on a "verbal fast" for 30 days, during which he will not speak to anybody. 

Ye wrote: "I’m taking a 30 day cleanse.

"A verbal fast. No alcohol. No adult films. No intercourse.

"In God we praise. Amen. But my Twitter still lit."

He added: "I’m not talking to nooobody for a month (sic)"

While West is going on a verbal fast, it hasn't stopped from sharing his thoughts on Twitter since his account was restored. 

But minutes after posting the message, the 'Praise God' hitmaker shared several tweets.  

He also posted two photos of Migos after one of the hip-hip trio, Takeoff, was killed in a shooting at a private party in Houston this week. 

He also ranted against his close friend and personal trainer, Harley Pasternak.

West shared screenshots of his messages with Pasternak, where the trainer presented him with two options: sit down and have a rational, facts-based chat, or be institutionalised again and be force-fed medication to control his behaviour.
