John Krasinski Starts Youtube Show Dedicated To Sharing Good News
It’s called 'Some Good News'.
Here’s John Krasinski to the rescue — with his new Youtube show, Some Good News (or SGN), which reports nothing but good news from around the world.
“For years now, I’ve been wondering why is there not a new show dedicated entirely to good news,” says the Jack Ryan star-cum-SGN anchor.
In the first ep, he paid homage to the global healthcare community and interviewed a teenager in Pasadena who received a surprise welcome home parade after undergoing her final chemo treatment.
Using Zoom, Krasinski enlisted ‘’correspondent’ and former Office co-star Steve Carell to share their favourite moments from the workplace sitcom, which celebrated its 15th anniversary last week.
But before that, Carell poked fun of Krasinski’s spiffy suit: “I guarantee you that the bottom half of what you have on does not match the top.” (Spoiler alert: they don’t match!)
No sign of Krasinski’s wife Emily Blunt….yet. But their daughters, Hazel and Violet, did come up with the SGN logo.
