Jennifer Lawrence Reported Hurt By Flying Glass During Stunt Gone Wrong
Oscar-winning actress Jennifer Lawrence has suffered an injury on the set of the Netflix movie, 'Don’t Look Up'.
Jennifer Lawrence has reportedly suffered an injury on the set of her new movie.
The Oscar-winning actress, 30, was busy shooting Don’t Look Up when glass exploded on the set and struck her in the face.
According to the Boston Globe, the incident took place during a special effects shot, when a trash can crashed through a window, sending fragments flying, some hitting Jennifer. The paper said she was holding her face when medics arrived.
TMZ reported that the explosion cut Jennifer's eyelid and left her bleeding.
But despite being shaken-up by the incident, she's expected to be fine and filming is set to resume.
Don't Look Up — directed by Adam McKay (The Big Short)— tells the story of two low-level astronomers embarking on a media tour to warn mankind of an approaching comet that will decimate Earth.
The movie also stars Leonardo DiCaprio, Timothée Chalamet, Chris Evans, Cate Blanchett, Meryl Streep and Ariana Grande. — BANG
