Glee's Heather Morris Claims Jennifer Lopez Cut Dancers From Tour Auditions Because They Were Virgos

Glee's Heather Morris has claimed that Jennifer Lopez cut dancers because they were Virgos.

Speaking on the Just Sayin’ With Justin Martindale pocast on Wednesday (Aug 24), Morris said she heard the rumour that the recently-married Hustlers star once held an audition for dances on one of her tours and told people to leave based on their star sign.

“She came in the very last part of it to like to see the dancers that were left, meet everybody," Morris said. "I wasn’t there, so this is hearsay but she walks in the room and she said: ‘Thank you so much, you guys have worked so hard. By a show of hands, if there are any Virgos in the room, can you just raise your hand?”

Morris, who's Aquarius herself, claimed a “bunch” of people put their hands up, declaring they were born between Aug 23 and Sept 22, and in response, Lopez “whispered to her assistant, she looked at them and said, ‘Thank you so much for coming.’”

“Most of the time, at a dance audition, you’re not getting paid," she said. "You’ve been there since 10am, and you’re auditioning until 6pm. You’re not getting any money. People judging you the whole time.”
After host Martindale expressed his shock at the tidbit of gossip, Morris continued: “And they had to leave, after spending all day auditioning for Jennifer Lopez.”

When Martindale asked if the story was true Morris, who has danced backup for Beyonce, said, “This is hearsay but true,” adding, “When one person says something, could be true [but] when multiple people say something … it’s like, ‘Oh, that happened.’”

But Morris admitted that she could've heard the story wrongly and that it could've been a different astrological sing. But she believed the story is plausible because Virgos, according to her, "like things planned and neat" whereas Lopez, a Leo, enjoys "a little bit of chaos in her life."
