Selling Sunset Star Claims Ben Affleck Asked Her Out On Dating App Raya Before His Jennifer Lopez Reunion

Selling Sunset star Emma Hernan has claimed that Ben Affleck asked her on a date shortly before he reunited with Jennifer Lopez.

The property agent-cum-reality show star teased that the 49-year-old actor — who recently got re-engaged to J Lo — had been messaging her and invited her out for coffee before rekindling his romance with the 'Jenny From the Block' hitmaker.

She said: "He may or may not have been texting me. He may or may not have asked to grab … coffee a few times."

Hernan, 29, was chatting to co-star Chrishell Stause on the Netflix reality soap when she claimed that she was the girl that Affleck was chatting to on a celebrity dating app.

Strause asked: "Have you ever heard of [celebrity dating app] Raya? Remember when Ben went viral because he, like, sent some girl [something]?"

Speaking on a new Season 5 episode o Selling Sunset, Hernan replied: "Yeah, his opening pickup line was [about our hometown] 'We have the Boston connection'. It was very sweet. It happened right before [Affleck and Lopez got back together]."

Strause was quick to note that had she taken Affleck up on his offer of a few coffee dates, Hernan could have put a stop to his reunion with the 'On the Floor' singer.

She quipped: "You could’ve foiled Bennifer! He was on the hunt!"

In the series, Hernan has a thing going on with a property developer named Micah.

Meanwhile, Affleck has denied Hernan's online dating claims. A rep for the Oscar-winning actor told People, "Raya has confirmed that he has not been an active member for several years."
