Wong Cho Lam Owns A S$20Mil Apartment In This Gorgeous Hongkong Development

Looks like Wong Cho Lam and Leanne Li are doing really well.
It was recently reported that the celeb couple own an apartment in what's probably the hippest housing development in Hongkong, Providence Peak. Located in the very accessible Tai Po District, the sprawling development boasts a mix of high and low-rise apartment buildings, and comes with a gorgeous, unblocked view of the Tolo Harbour.
An expansive 50,000 square-foot underground shopping mall is also located nearby, with supermarkets, restaurants and cafes ready to fulfill the shopping needs of the residents.

The development, which was completed in 2012, houses 1,250 apartments. According to hk01, Cho Lam bought a 2,809 foot apartment there in 2015 for a whopping HK$114.2mil (S$20mil), which set a new record for the highest price paid per foot.
The couple's current apartment ain't too shabby either
While Cho Lam and his family have yet to move into the apartment — they recently showed off their other impressive apartment in an episode of the reality show Mr. Housework — the development is not short on star power. According to reports, Hongkong actress Myolie Wu and her businessman husband, Philip Lee currently reside in Providence Peak, while Jordan Chan and Cherrie Ying also stay in a neighbouring block, having bought an apartment there in 2011.
