Woman Spends $370K On 2,500 Clothes & Accessories For Her Dogs, Even Has Walk-In Wardrobe For Them

Ever dreamed of owning a walk-in wardrobe filled with rows of designer clothes?
Well, for a couple of pampered pooches in China, that dream is already a reality.
In a video posted on Xiaohongshu, a Chinese international student gave a tour of her furkids' spacious closet which looks more like a luxury boutique.
The woman revealed that she has splurged around 2 million yuan (S$370K) on more than 2,500 clothes and accessories for her beloved dogs.
Among the luxury pieces is an Italian cashmere sweater costing around $3K to $4K yuan (S$554 – S$739).
There are also several tweed jackets priced between $4K to $5K yuan (S$739 – S$932).
When a friend pointed out that dogs can’t tell the difference between wool and cashmere, the woman coolly replied: “They can’t tell, but we can.”
And it's not just clothes.
The extravagant wardrobe features more than 10 drawers brimming with glittery clips, leashes, and even tiny bags for her dogs.
If you're wondering, the woman owns three dogs, but “only two dogs use hair clips. The male dog doesn’t.”
Naturally, the lavish lifestyle of her pooches sparked envy and criticism online.
“While I wait for the 11.11 sale to buy a down jacket for Chinese New Year, this dog already has a two-million-yuan wardrobe waiting for it,” one netizen commented.
However, many pet owners rushed to her defense.
One remarked: “I don’t see anything wrong with this. Are you just jealous that your wardrobe isn’t as big as a dog’s?”
