Why Was Moses Chan The Only One Wearing A Mask At The TVB Anniversary Gala?
The actor was also spotted being just as cautious during a recent outing with his family.
Last month, Hongkong broadcasting company TVB and its artistes (rightfully) came under fire for failing to observe COVID-19 prevention measures at their Anniversary Gala, which saw over 200 unmasked individuals huddling and interacting on stage as if it weren’t the year 2020. Not exactly a comforting sight in the midst of a highly contagious pandemic.
The only person who was spotted being responsible and wearing a face covering was actor Moses Chan. He later explained: “The situation that day was quite worrying. I understand that some did not wear a mask ‘cos of their make-up, but I think it’s even more important to make some sacrifices for your safety!”
To be honest, it’s kinda concerning that he seemed to be one of the only ones who actually thought that way.
