Who knew Halloween was such scarily serious business for some of our local stars? Throw on a devil hairband or a clown mask? Pfft. That's for amateurs. Celebs such as Nathan Hartono, Julie Tan and Sheila Sim got down and dirty with some face paint and costumes so creative, original and frightening, they made our hair stand.
