Wang Feng Was Paid S$480K To Perform 3 Songs At A Private Event

Chinese rocker Wang Feng found himself in the bad books of netizens recently, after a video of the 49-year-old performing at a private event on October 19 went viral online.

The event was reportedly organised by an influencer to celebrate the opening of their company, and was attended by hundreds of fellow influencers. Wang Feng was invited to perform three songs at the event, and was billed as a special guest. According to reports, the rocker was paid a whopping 2.4mil yuan (S$480,000) for the gig. Yup, that works out to about S$160K per song.
