Vivian Hsu Reveals How Her Late Father Became The Inspiration For Her Touching New Song
It has something to do with what he said at her wedding.
Taiwanese singer Vivian Hsu recently made her comeback to the music scene with the release of a new single, ‘Yours Always’, a touching ballad that’s dedicated to her late father, who passed away on New Year’s Day in 2018.
Now, she wants fans to be a part of the music video.
“How long has it been since you last watched your own wedding video?” she asked through a statement by her label Sony Music, which she shared on Facebook. “Think back to how your parents looked as they couldn’t bear to let you go, and how we looked as we made a doubtless decision for love (although there were also tears running down our faces).”
The 45-year-old then shared a link to a Google Forms page set up by Sony Music, where fans can upload their wedding photos and videos to be included in the music video.
