Vicki Zhao Is Not A Fan Of Stars Who Look Like Clones Of Each Other After Plastic Surgery

Now that cosmetic surgery has become more prevalent and the taboos surrounding it a thing of the past, it’s no longer surprising to find out that a star has had work done to his or her face. The problem is, everyone is starting to look like clones of each other. And if Chinese actress-turned-director Vicki Zhao has her way, she would put a stop to it

The 43-year-old star was recently on Chinese variety show Everybody Standby where she was asked about the trend of actors going for plastic surgery. While she is not against stars going under the knife to alter their looks, she says it’s a “double-edged sword”. That’s because she feels there are more and more people who have gone overboard with plastic surgery, and that they have all ended up “with the same face”. And according to Vicki, that has led to fewer memorable faces on screen.
