This Korean Singer Says He No Longer Gets Breathless When He Performs After Losing 30kg In 4 Months

Korean singer Huh Gak, 35, who won talent contest Superstar K 2 in 2010 and has sung the theme songs of popular dramas such as My Love From The Star and The Greatest Love, has gone through a huge transformation that might just motivate you to hit the gym and start eating healthy.

The singer documented his journey in a video he did with weight loss specialist Juvis. The vid started with the singer, who then weighed 93kg, saying: “[After I lose weight], I’ll look more handsome and my body will also look better. Most importantly, it’s for the sake of my health. I’ve had health problems before, so health has become the biggest consideration for me," he said. In case you don't know, Huh Gak was diagnosed with thyroid cancer in 2017 and underwent surgery in the same year. He has since made a full recovery.
