Taiwanese Cheerleader Tells Stephen Chow On IG That She Wants To Give Him Her Underwear
Stephen Chow, 60, may be relatively new to Instagram, but he’s been killing it on the platform.
The comedy legend enjoys engaging with fans online and boasts some 480K followers since starting his account in October.
On New Year’s Day, he posted a still from his 1996 comedy God Of Cookery, asking his followers to share their wishes for the new year.
Many celebs flooded the comments section with their wishes. They ranged from the professional — Hong Kong actor Louis Cheung and our very own Shaun Chen said they hope to work with Stephen — to the lighthearted. TVB actress Sisley Choi joked that she would like to be his girlfriend, while Myolie Wu’s wish was for the director to get hitched and start a family soon.
Perhaps the cheekiest was from Taiwanese cheerleader Lin Yizhen, better known as Linda, who wrote: “Sing Ye, I hope to give you my panties." She then tagged her own underwear brand at the end of the post.
Unexpectedly, Stephen asked: "What colours can I choose?", to which Linda replied: "I will send you all the colours!"
Linda, who is a member of Taiwan’s Rakuten Girls, cheerleaders for baseball team Rakuten Monkeys, was so stoked that Stephen had replied to her message that she took a screenshot of their conversation and posted it on her IG.
"Turns out that Sing Ye really replies to comments. This is amazing!" she wrote.
