T-ara′s Ji Yeon and Lee Dong Gun Confirmed to Have Broken Up

Girl group T-ara member Ji Yeon and actor Lee Dong Gun have confirmed their breakup.

On February 2, Ji Yeon′s agency MBK Entertainment revealed, "The pair separated last December. They decided to remain good sunbae and hoobae that support each other." Additionally, a representative of Lee Dong Gun′s agency FNC Entertainment also shared, "It is true that the pair have broken up recently. They gradually grew apart after focusing on work."

Lee Dong Gun and Ji Yeon began dating after meeting on the set of Korean-Chinese film Encounter. They officially confirmed dating news in July 2015. The couple gained attention as their age gap was 13 years, but they were unafraid to show their affection for each other.

Meanwhile, Ji Yeon is currently actively promoting with her group T-ara.
