The Supermodel Wife Of Stanley’s Ho Son Mario Ho Says She Married Him For Love And Not His Money
Which kinda means she has the best of both worlds, right?

Chinese supermodel Ming Xi is better known these days as the daughter-in-law of the late casino magnate Stanley Ho and she has spent the past two years living in the lap of luxury.
The tycoon’s son, Mario Ho had proposed to her in a lavish ceremony with 99,999 roses (causing a nationwide shortage of the flowers, we presume) and when she gave birth to the family's first grandson, she and Mario reportedly received a S$90mil mansion and a S$20mil red packet.

Naturally, their union has set tongues wagging, with some netizens claiming that Ming Xi is a “gold digger who managed to sink her claws into a silly boy”.
While there are no official numbers for Mario’s personal net worth, Stanley is believed to have left a whopping S$94.5bil fortune to his family.

Not everyone buys her words
Ming Xi out denied these nasty allegations in a recent interview, where she shared: “I didn’t marry into a rich family. I married for love. If I had no love [for him], I’d never marry [him] regardless of how rich he is.”
This declaration didn't sit well with some netizens, who think that the model is all talk.
“She says she didn’t do it for the money after all those lavish gifts. If she turned them down, she could have said that with her chin held high, but her words and her actions don’t match,” one netizen pointed out.
Another added, “I’d understand if she said she married him because he is super good looking or had a heart of gold, but she just brushed it off as ‘love’. What’s this love for? His money and family background?”

Well, it's their relationship
While netizens don't seem to be believe the true intentions of Ming Xi, Mario certainly does. On reality show Happiness Trio, Mario revealed that he told Ming Xi before marriage that he is “not a rich man’s son who has a credit card with no limit."
"I’ve mentioned that I don’t want my family’s money, and if you’re with me, you’ll have to work hard with me while I try to build my own business," he added.
